The YK-CTX product from the Yokohama tyre manufacturer is an all-seasons product built for Crossovers, 4x4s or SUVs. It is principally designed for very muddy paths and can also adjust to use in urban situations.
With models featuring the "Mud / Snow" marking on the sidewalls, it means the pneumatic tyre is suitable for riding in snow and on steep tracks. Finally, it offers better grip on models with an asymmetric tread, which encourages water drainage.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
