The Toyo Proxes R56 is a reliable tyre in wet conditions generating very low noise and was designed as original equipment for the Mazda MX-30 electric car.
Safety. The tread with its solid blocks at the shoulders and its three stiff centre ribs offers stable and precise handling. Slits on the centre ribs increase grip on wet roads. Water is quickly removed through four wide straight grooves. The Proxes R56 obtains a B-rating on the EU tyre label.
Autonomy. Rolling resistance is low to prolong battery life.
Low noise. Efforts have also been made to minimise the noise generated by the tyre in contact with the road to offer drivers of electric cars maximum comfort.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
