Manufacturer Nereus proposes the NS801 product to drive on the road and the expressway in winter conditions. With its good performances, it is engineered to be fitted on saloon or family type cars.
Models including the OWR (One Way Rotation) label on the sidewalls are developed to only turn in one direction: front to rear. Finally, specific models of the pneumatic tyre bear the "3 Peak Mountain Snow Flake (3PMSF)" and "Mud / Snow" notes on the sidewall, proving that the product can safely ride on very muddy tracks but also in winter conditions.

The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
