Product description
- Winter tyre providing controlled handling of high performance cars on snow.
- Good level of grip on wet and snow covered roads.
- Good handling and stability in dry conditions.
The Winter i*cept evo3 W330 is a winter tyre designed by the Korean tyre manufacturer Hankook for high performance cars, delivering good performances in wet, dry and snowy conditions.
Winter. Traction and braking forces are transferred through peak shaped lateral grooves. The high silica tread compound improves grip on wet and snow-covered roads. The Aqua Pine compound remains flexible to maximise grip on cold roads. Water and slush are quickly evacuated through the wide grooves in the directional tread.
Handling. Full-depth 3D sipes reduce block deformation to provide stable handling even when hard braking.
Dry weather. Large blocks at the shoulders and the reinforced belts increase the tread stiffness to offer a fast response to steering changes.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
