Product description
- Tyre with a fast response for high performance cars.
- Outstanding stability and dry braking performance.
- Optimum grip on wet roads.
Building on its Formula 1 experience, Bridgestone’s engineers have developed the Potenza Sport to meet the expectation of sports car drivers in terms of sportiness and safety.
Outstanding cornering and straight line stability and fast steering response thanks to the new reinforcement technology and optimised carcass. The Potenza Sport is one of the best tyres in its category in terms of stability.
The new hybrid crown reinforcement maximises high speed handling.
Innovative 3D sipes increase the tread stiffness under braking forces to shorten braking distances on dry surfaces.
The special mixing technology used for the tread compound provides optimum grip on wet roads. All tyre sizes obtain an A-rating for this criteria on the European tyre label.
10% more miles than its predecessor the Potenza S001 thanks to the wear resistant tread compound.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
