80% of the dB Super E-Spec, Yokohama’s new eco-friendly tyre, is made from renewable raw materials.
Economy. The rubber compound used for the green dB Super E-Spec tyre offers excellent grip and significantly reduces rolling noise. Furthermore, the new inner liner (Airtex) combining a flexible rubber with a high density resin prevents pressure loss which contributes to reducing fuel consumption.
Comfort. The variable pitch technology reduces rolling noise.
Safety. The directional tread with four wide straight grooves reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
