Winter. Lateral grooves and triple 3D sipes which stiffen the tread provide additional biting edges to increase traction on snow covered roads. The tread compound mixes micro-silica and orange oil to deliver more grip on winter roads.

Safety. Lateral stability thanks to the tread pattern optimised to prevent skidding when cornering on snow and ice. In rain, wide grooves in the directional tread provide excellent drainage of water and slush to prevent aquaplaning.

Ecology. Low heat generating under tread which reduces fuel consumption.

BLUEARTH WINTER V905: ECO-FRIENDLY WITH SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE

The BluEarth Winter V905 is made from a polymer compound mixed with silica and orange oil, and has been developed to meet increasingly stringent European environmental regulations. As well as improving vehicle fuel efficiency, this tyre is based on advanced technology used for the W.drive V905, a tyre recognised by the General German Automobile Club (ADAC) for its winter performance.

The combination of the W.drive and BluEarth technology gives the new tyre superior stability and performance, and not only on ice and snow. The tyre also performs in wet and dry conditions, while promising fuel efficiency over the long term.

The tyre is available in 119 sizes, for 15-inch to 22-inch rim diameters.
