Originally designed for the Toyota Prius 4 hybrid, the Yokohama BluEarth E70 summer tyre offers low rolling resistance.
Ecology. The tread compound uses micro-silica, active polymers and orange oil to improve rolling resistance, lower fuel consumption and as a result, reduce the tyre's impact on the environment.
Safety. The optimised tread compound delivers more grip on wet roads. Four longitudinal grooves quickly clear water from under the tyre to reduce the risk of aquaplaning.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
