The Pirelli Cinturato P7 is an asymmetric tyre, which means that it has different tread patterns on the inner and outer sides of the tyre. So when fitting these tyres you need to make sure that they are fitted the right way around (following the indication “outside” stamped on the tyre’s sidewall). But these tyres don’t have a direction of rotation, as directional tyres have.
