I find myself with 2 tyres on the same axle, the same size, the same index, the same brand it’s just that one is an Alpin A2 and on the other side is an Alpine A3.
Tyres on the same axle should be the same brand, size, use (e.g. road, snow) and the same speed and load ratings. Legally you can drive with 2 different generation tyres on the same axle as long as they correspond with legislation. Our technical advice regarding grip, handling and braking performance is to have identical tyres on the same axle.
