You can check on our website to find all standard tyre sizes that fit your vehicle using our search by vehicle function. Select your vehicle, model, year and engine type to see the approved sizes for your car.
If 205/55 R16 is not on the list of approved sizes for your car then we wouldn’t advise you to fit this size. Fitting a non-compatible tyre size could cause problems, such as your speedometer not showing the correct speed and could cause you to fail your MOT or invalidate your insurance.
