Change speedindex on one axle?

Question from visitor, 06/07/2016 :Is there a problem if I use 91H and 91V at the rear?
Answer by rezulteo, 06/07/2016 : Hello again,For tyres with two different load indexes on different axles, (regarding braking, or regarding legal issues) there is no problem in your case. You can fit the size 205/55R16 91H at the front and 205/55R16 91V at the rear. However, please note that our general advise will be to always fit 4 tyres with the same performances on one car.Kind regards,Team rezulteoWant to know more about the maintenance of your tyres, product news and free purchase advice? However, this is not recommended by our tyre experts. Our technical advice regarding grip, handling and braking performance is related to the same load and speed index - since in your case - one tyre will be optimised for a different maximum speed than the other. Please keep in mind that both tyres need to be of the same brand and use (e.g. snow/road).Don't hesitate to contact us for further questions on tyre maintenance or purchase advice.Kind regards,Team rezulteoWant to know more about the maintenance of your tyres, product news and free purchase advice?
