Winter. Biting edges on the solid tread blocks efficiently transfer traction forces on snow. With the Multi-Radius tyre contour, the pressure is evenly distributed across the entire contact area with the road for better control.

Rain. Wide longitudinal grooves efficiently clear water and slush to provide high grip in heavy rain.

SAVA ESKIMO SUV 2: WINTER TYRE FOR SUVS

According to tyre manufacturer Sava, the new Eskimo SUV 2 delivers exceptional handling and optimised braking on snow-covered roads, thanks to solid tread blocks which have been optimised to provide stronger edges for SUVs.

The Multi-radius tyre contour is designed to ensure an even distribution of pressure between the tyre and the road. The resulting large contact patch should ensure better vehicle control on icy roads.

To make the tyre more effective in the wet, Sava has optimised the position of the circumferential grooves to quickly disperse water and slush.

Finally, the Eskimo SUV2’s new more athletic rib design is intended to deliver improved steering and reduced rolling noise on dry roads.

On the European tyre label, the new Sava tyre obtains a B-rating for wet grip in all sizes and a B or C-rating for fuel efficiency.
