Designed for the difficult road conditions in Nordic countries, the Nokian Nordman SZ summer tyre offers drivers of high performance cars safety and steering precision.
W-rated tread. Nokian’s “Cool Zone” concept, an interim layer of nano-silica in the multi-layer tread structure, offers a fast, precise steering response. The water draining tread and rubber compound improve wet grip. Wear resistant.
V-rated tread. The tread design provides stability. Fine sipes that move water towards the wide longitudinal grooves improve aquaplaning resistance. Nokian’s “Silent Groove” technology, hemispherical indentations along the walls of ribs to control area flow, helps reduce noise levels.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
