Product description
Handling. The system of reinforced belts improves stability in wet and dry conditions. Sipes on the inner part of the asymmetric tread deliver more grip in summer.
Winter. 3D sipes on the outer part of the tyre improve performance in winter. This tyre carries the 3PMSF marking following tests on snow. The shape of lateral grooves helps promote traction on snow.
Safety. The addition of special silica in the tread compound offers shorter wet braking distances than the Optimo 4S. Wide transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves quickly clear water.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
