Product description
The AllSeasonExpert 2 product launched on the market by Uniroyal is intended for a high performance drive in the "4 seasons". For use on roads and expressways, this tyre includes many sizes dedicated to family and saloon vehicles.
This high performance pneumatic tyre benefits from many strengths: an efficient accelerating behavior in winter conditions, a longer service life, very good capabilities in terms of safety, a competitive aquaplaning resistance and a superior absorption of uneven surfaces. This is a high wear resistance tyre that delivers optimum durability performances.
Versions with the OWR (One Way Rotation) label only roll in one direction. Finally, it can be found with the "3 Peak Mountain Snow Flake - 3PMSF" and "Mud + Snow" markings, which certify that the product can ride safely on mud and snow.
UNIROYAL ALLSEASONEXPERT 2: SAFETY ALL YEAR ROUND
The Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2 has been developed to perform in wet conditions. According to the brand, the tread pattern, which is similar to that of the manufacturer’s winter tyres, reduces the risk of aquaplaning. The tyre also features the brand’s “Shark Skin” technology. This innovation – which imitates the structure of shark scales - is designed to quickly expel water from under the tyre. Water is channelled through grooves with minimum liquid turbulence, meaning that the tyre can safely drive through water at full speed.
According to Uniroyal, the single block central part of the tread improves the tyre’s stability, as do the tyre’s large shoulders, which also improve handling performance.
The tyre’s tread pattern is designed to offer a good performance balance between summer and winter. The tread layout of solid blocks and multiple sipes helps to compress snow for more stability on this surface, while ensuring short braking distances in both dry and snowy conditions.
Availability and performance ratings
The Uniroyal AllSeasonExpert 2 is available in 9 sizes for 13 to 16-inch rim diameters. On the EU tyre label, the tyre is rated C for wet grip in most sizes, with one size rated B. As for fuel efficiency, ratings are mainly F or E with one size obtaining a C.
What is the rezulteo score?
The rezulteo score is calculated considering three performance categories: economy, comfort and safety. When it comes to winter tyres, the performance criteria snow and ice are added. By weighting different basic performance criteria an overall score is determined. This weighting is calculated based on the tyre size category: economic, high performance or sports.
